“ Had never been to this location before although I’ve been to many of this chains restaurants elsewhere across the GTA. Always found the pizza is good at PiCo and this visit was no exception. Decided to have something new today and tried their Adelaide pizza. For a while now I’ve had this new kick for white pizzas. Thoroughly enjoyed this and would recommend it without a doubt in my mind. Service at this location was exceptional, this locations clean, and even the washroom was clean, which is unusual for most of these types of restaurants. I recommend this location wholeheartedly. And try the Adelaide. You won’t be disappointed. ”

“ Absolutely delicious! We came here just to try and it was totally worth it. The pizza dough is phenomenal with texture and taste. We ended up buying a sweet and a Margherita pi and everything on it even the spicy infused olive oil was delicious! The staff was extremely friendly as well and helpful. Plus always good when the place is clean! Definitely coming back. Picture is my sister enjoying the pizza haha ”

“ The service 10/10 I really enjoyed the experience of making my own extravagant pizza, it never felt like there was too much and the staff was extremely cheerful and patient. I also saw how they treated homeless people when they would walk in and it was admirable. This team leads with kindness and my gluten free pie: 10/10 ”

“ This location has reopened as of Sept. 28, 2020! The space is large and immaculately clean. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The Margherita Pizza was delicious! ”

“ I had the pepperoni pi, and it is one of the best pizzas I have ever tasted. PI Co uses fired ovens, which results in the classic margherita style crust. It is very thin in the center, with round, puffy crust around the outside. The crust was perfectly baked with the right amount of blackened spots for flavour. The sauce is delicious, thicker than average, but still tastes like fresh tomatoes. The pepperoni was thin, spicy, and even had the now rarely seen curled bowl shape, trapping the delicious grease inside. But what really made this perfect was the mozzarella. It was delicious, stretchy, juicy and satisfying, and I highly recommend you get a pie with the mozzarella so you can taste it for yourself. I have tried other Pi Co locations in the area, and the pizzas were not as good as this one. I think it is up to the skill of the servers and the freshness of the ingredients. If you can, try to walk a little farther to this specific location. There were no power outlets, but I was able to use my laptop on the big tables. I forget if they had Wifi. ”

“ Second time in here. Came in on Saturday May, 17. Emily served us. She was attentive and made our gluten free pizzas with care. Good customer service. She was kind and has a good demeanour. It’s very hard to find this in customer service. The pizzas were amazing and cooked perfectly, I asked for well done, she did them perfectly. The ingredients looked fresh. Overall satisfied. Lots of seating in this Pi Co. Why 4 starts instead of 5 is because the bathroom was very very very dirty, and hadn’t been cleaned in probably weeks and the tables we’re dirty and oily. Other than that, I had a good experience. Some people saying the pizza at the bottom was burnt, personally I like it like that. I ask for well done always. As for the other staff complaints, I have no complaints about Emily. She was great. ”

“ This is our go to location of PiCo for takeaway. The salads from PiCo are the best! Generous portions and always fresh. The staff are always kind and efficient. I went this weekend to pick up pizzas and there was only one staff working. Even though she was super busy, she was kind and considerate and kept on providing awesome food in a calm and friendly manner - thank you! ”

“ Pizza is made fresh and to order. Personal only takes a couple minutes in the oven; so it’s great for takeout. Friendly staff there as well! ”
